Suggest Treatment For Tinnitus

I have a whoosing sound in both ears when moving my head certain ways and more pronounced when walking.....brief spells of dizziness accompany it.....sudden onset and no relief......am taking 35 mg paxil and 2mg Xanax QID.......do not think the meds are the cause but I have been weening myself off of the paxil......I do have congestion and wonder if this is the cause and what otc meds you would recommend

If yes, i think you are having meneire's disease. visit an otologis/audiologist. get a puretone audiogram done. sensory neural loss makes diagnosis almost confirmed
