Suggest Treatment For Tinnitus

Hello, I am a 23 year old white male who is in good general health. For the last 2 months, I have been experiencing tinnitus. I think it s from my right ear but it s sometimes hard to tell. I only notice it when there is no surrounding noise (wearing earplugs, noise cancelling headphones without music playing). Like I said before, other than having GERD, I don t have any conditions that I m aware of. What could be causing this?

Tinnitus cloud be due to manu causes. . From simple cause like ear wax to damage toear drum, nerve of hearing. .and many. . I recomend you to consult an ENT surgeon and a CHECK UP and AUDIOLOGICAL evaluation if necessary. . . Thank you. .
