Suggest Treatment For Tingling Sensation On The Middle And Lower Back
I have had a tingling sensation in on my middle/lower back muscles for about a month now. It usually comes after moving around all day or after working out. I have also felt it when bending over in certain positions. I was involved in a minor accident about a month ago where i bumped my head against my seat while being hit from behind but other than that, no other injury. nothing new in my diet, no new routine

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have tingling sensation on the middle and lower back . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like diabetes , peripheral neuropathy , peripheral nerve trauma , peripheral nerve compression , sciatica , cerebrovascular accident and back injury , but in your case it seems to me that the symptoms are due to nerve compression or nerve injury due to trauma . I would suggest you to consult orthopedic surgeon for proper examination . Doctor may order CT scan or MRI to confirm the diagnosis and rule out cardiac problem . Doctor may prescribe muscle relaxant , vitamin supplement for quick recovery and may recommend particular stretching exercises along with physical therapy .For now take proper rest and apply warm compresses to your back .
