Dear Doctor:For the past several months, I have been experiencing a burning sensation in my upper left leg, often accompanied by a feeling that needles and pins are being stuck in it. Additionally, even before this, my hands and legs tingle often. When I awake in the morning, both of my feet feel as if they were bound tight in heavy gauze. Can you offer any assistance, please?
