Suggest Treatment For Tingling And Twitching With Dizziness

Hi. I have slight autonomic dysfunction. Symptoms include pacs, tingling and twitching all over, especially my head, which causes dizziness. My newest symptom is numbness on my entire left side. Very little pain, but some. This has been going on for two yrs. I have had an extensive work up including EMGs and even a small fiber biopsy. The only test that suggested anything was a failed tilt table test. No medication has worked (pindolol, lyrica, cymbalta, gabapentin, tegratol, metoprolol, verapamil). Now what?

HI
Well come to HCM
These are the nonspecific type of symptoms, and not the autonomic nervous system related one, functional condition may be the reason for this, at the most doubt of some systemic disease can be ruled out with CT brain test, else this is nothing to worry, try to keep the stress level very low and no need to treat this condition, have a nice day.
