Suggest Treatment For Ting And Discomfort On Back Due To An Injury

hi there ... just wanna ask for help about my injury with my lower back when i suddenly turn my body to left something "ting" on my back and suddenlly i"ve unable to stand my left leg..it was 10 days ago when it happen, now some changes in my back that i can stand up,sit down with the help of a stick. however still something ill i feeling like touching with a pin when im sitting or walking..and my foot getting chilled and sweet is comming out while im seating. does this indication needs to go to a doctor since im working on a ship and were in the middle of the ocean on our way to the USA..hope you guys can give me advice

dear friend your low back pain seems muscular-ligamental pain.you can take muscle relaxant medicine like combination of aceclofenac+paracetamol+chlorzoxazon if only severe pain is there. -physiotherapy and exercise will help you a lot.
-exercise for low back pain- raise your leg sraight from hip joint without bending from knee after sleeping on back and then put down slowly. same exercise for another leg and then raise both leg simultaneously. sleep on abdomen and raise your head and chest backward. do all these exercise 40-50 times per day by increasing slowly everyday.
