Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

I have gone carefully through your concern.

First you should check the TSH level again in order to see if the levothyroxine dose you are taking actually is the right one. The TSH should be under 2.5 in order to get pregnant.

About the PCOS treatment i would suggest to try to loose on weight again and discuss with your treating doctor about starting the treatment with metformine.

High insuline level in the morning is an indicator of insuline resistance that can be corrected by loosing weight and starting metformine.

Hope the information will help.
Kind regrds,
Dr.Mirjeta
