Suggest Treatment For Throbbing Pain On Nose
The bridge of my nose down to the tip and on both sides just the the left and right are throbbing. My nose is so tender it feels like its broke. No injury, bleeding, etc.

You seem to be having an infection of the nose which is very severe and is known as vestibulitis. This requires treatment with antibiotic medication and pain killers in form of tablets and injectables.
In any case you need to consult your ENT for this and also get your blood sugars examined
