Suggest Treatment For This Pap Smear Test Result

I am post menopause, at 60. I received the following Pap test results: Negative for Intraepithelial Lesion or Malignancy. Atrophic pattern is noted. There is a predominance of Coccobacilli consistent with shift in vaginal flora.Satisfactory for evaluation. Endocervical cells present. What should I do now? How to improve the flora? Should I consider topical estrogen? Is there a bio identical option? Thank you.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the pep smear is mainly to rule out the pregnancy and once it is negative then no need to do any thing with other findings neither it is need to be worried about anything, because changes of flora is physiological phenomenon and it goes on changing every time it is not the condition that needs any treatments hope this information and advise helps.
I find this answer helpful
