General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.

The test results - ALT, Protein, B12 are in normal range.
According to me Units of billirubin is wrong, C-peptide is abnormally high (Which i think is typo error).
Ferritin level in male and female have different range. higher level is suggestive f excess iron accumulation and lower level suggests iron deficiency.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards
Dr. Hiren
