Hi sir, MRI Report impression is showing Posterior central disc protrusion at L4-L5 level causing impingement over the thecal sac with mild bilateral neural foraminal narrowing. Diffuse annular bulge at L5-S1 level causing mild thecal sac indentation. Could you please suggest the treatment & also confirm us whether we should consult neurologist or orthopeadician. And is this serious issue to consider .
