Suggest Treatment For The Dehydration

about a month ago I had instant severe dehydration. I stay hydrated, and did nothing different that day. I was taken to the ER and they said it was a mystery. Since then, when I have a bowel movement I sometimes get dizzy and light headed. I am not constipated, and do not force. What is going on?

Hello,
Thanks for using healthcaremagic.
Probably it seems that you have some problem with digestive system.Due to that some electrolyte balance is occurring. For dehydration simple water is not sufficient. You should take Oral Rehydration Solution(ORS).
If problem persist, consult some gastro physician.
Hope I have answered your query.
Regards,Dr. Chintan Solanki
