I recently had a dye test to see if my follopian tubes where blocked. And they are. I have had an abortian and an examination with camera in order (misdiagnosis from a female clinic) to examine eptopic pregnancy. I wasn t pregnant then but just had irregular period.
Hi Blocked fallopian tube is a very disturbing condition and is the reason for a good number of female infertility. It may be caused by many medical conditions and treatment depends on the underlying cause. Some common causes include: Pelvic inflammatory diseases(PID)/STIs, uterine infections post abortion or miscarriage, history of abdominal surgery, Previous ectopic pregnancy, prior surgery involving the fallopian tubes and endometriosis. The diagnosis of blocked fallopian tubes is posed with the help of a hysterosalpingography. Treatment options may include: -Treating STI/PID if contributed to blockage, then -Tubal insufflation or -Laparocopic surgery which remains the most used and reliable option I will advise you meet a Gynecologist who is an expert in this field to evaluate you and choose the best technique to use. Hope my answer will help you Best regards
