Suggest Treatment For Testicular Pain And Abnormal Bowel Movements

two weeks ago my father had a slip and fall on his left leg that has an artificial hip when a third partypicked him up he says he felt a tear in his goin/buttocks area. a few days later pain progressed to the testic;le and still has stayed there but pain has started to spread to his leg and back now. no bruising now he is suffering abnormal bowel movements for two weeks but it has worsened. now he is suffering pain in his pelvic area around his left leg and groin. scheduled a blood exam for his diabetes on the 11th primary physician notified him of heightened creatin levels number is 5. a1c is up to 8.1 also he has been having terrible gastrointestinal distress

I really appreciate your concern, for the pain any NSAID (Non steroid anti-inflammatory drug) can be tried and best would be Tab Ibuprofen 400 three times in day, for the bowel movement it is nothing to worry because it may not needs any specific treatment, with the history of fall it may needs some investigation else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps.
