Suggest Treatment For Testicle Pain

I woke up with sudden severe pain in my left testicle and back of left thigh -- it felt like I had been kicked in the groin. Upon inspection, there in a cluster of dark red-purple veins on the back of the left testicle, where the pain is coming from. The pain is starting to be less severe (after 30 minutes), but is still keeping me awake. I'm 32 years old, 5'8", 135 lbs.
