Suggest Treatment For Testicle Pain

For 2 weeks I have from time to time pain in my right testicle. It happen after I was carrying something heavy. For two days my right testicle is a bit swollen. I think it is a epididymitis.

What can you advise me?

Btw. I started to take 2 days ago "Biseptol" (one in the mornig and one in the evening) do you think I need some other medicine or should I increas it to two in the moring and two in the evening?

1.The possible cause of the pain could be inflammation of the testis.
2.Other possible cause will be hernia - increase in the size when lifting any weight and so on.
3.In this case i would recommend to get an ultrasound scrotum.
4.Ultrasound scrotum will help to identify the inflammatory changes with changes in the parenchyma and vascularity. At the same time presence of hernia can be identified, the status of the epididymis and chord can be identified.
5.After that depending on the findings needful treatment can be given. As you may need antibiotic treatment. Good luck.
