It is collection of fluid around testicle . Testis is covered by a fine two layered sheath. Under normal circumstances there is secretion of a watery fluid by internal layer of Tunica Vaginalis an sheath that covers testis which gets absorbed by external layer .This fluid acts as lubricant to facilitate free movements of the testis as per atmospheric temprature . Whenevver there is imbalance in secretion and aabsorption of this mechanism fluid starts accumulating around testicle causing what is caled as Hydrocele
