I was running and tried to jump over a bench at thr park, instead of jumps over my foot got caught under the seat and i fell on my chest. A week went by and my chest feels tender and the right side of my back under the shoulder blade hurts when I take deep breath and move my arm. I would appreciate any help. Thanks.

Hello,

Muscular pains can take time to go and you can take some pain killers for that and make sure you don't have any swelling on your chest or any tender spot as that could be indicating any rib fracture. It is there then just get an X-Ray Chest AP LT done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
