Suggest Treatment For Tender Spot On Hand Along With Pain In Ring Finger

I punched someone today and as expected my hand hurts. It s only the pinky and ringer finger knuckles that hurt do to me punching incorrectly. If I touch my pinky knuckle it doesn t hurt but my ring finger does. Also there s a super tender spot on my hand between my wrist and my pinky. It hurts if I just lift my hand as well. Please help.

I really appreciate your concern, ideally such injury need to be x-ray for fracture if this is not fracture then you have to be patience because it may take some time for healing, till then this can be tried with "Tab Ibuprofen 40 mg three times in day, hope this information, take care and have a nice day.
