Suggest Treatment For Tender Dented Spot On Head After Injury

I believe I hit the top of my head on a cabinet or something over a month ago. Its been crazy hectic and stressing lately so I don't remember time frame or what happened. I recently noticed what felt like a little soft dented spot. No bigger than the tip of my finger. Its pinkish/reddish. Obviously me messing with it irritates it but other than that haven't noticed anything worse. I've been under the weather with sinus infections most of the fall. Should I be worried about this?

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
The tender dented spot over the head can be secondary to a fractured bone. When ever there is a fracture of the bone, there will be break in the continuity of the bone that results in a dent or step deformity. Over this there can be ecchymosis or reddish discoloration of the skin secondary to bleeding. Nothing to be panic consult a oral maxillofacial surgeon and get a radiograph done to confirm the diagnosis, later it can be managed according with open reduction and internal fixation.
I hope my answer will help you, take care.
