Hello Doctor, I got my penile frenulum torn last week(9/3/2015). I got lot of beeding and pieces of my frenulum came off. Once i cleaned my penis, i went to sleep. In the morning, there was little blood beeding in my underwear but it was very very little. After that till now, i never got bleeding but soreness is there. Pain was initially there but that is also getting better. Now I dont have pain when i urinate and no bleeding. But I am still worried because the pieces of frenulum not there. In the two pieces, the bottom piece is hanging and the top piece is still there and i could see a line kind of. I checked my erection and it is not disturbed. Till now i didnt put any kind of ointment over there. Just keeping it dry after every day s bath. Do i need some surgery to rectify this? Will I get any problem in my future during intercourse since the porting of it came off away(i saw thread like tissue when it ripped and threw it off since it was detached)? How will it take to heal? What problems will arise if it is not treated and unstitched(if i dont or need not go for stitching operation)? My big concern is little pieces came off. Please help me on clarifying these questions.
