Suggest Treatment For Syncope With Severe Body Tremors

My Husband has not received a diagnosis for his syncope with tremor attacks after many tests including Cardiovascular and neurological work ups. He has had 4 attacks since memorial day. Heat plays a significant role in this and so does a low heart rate or blood pressure. He has had a tilt table test as well with no findings. This is very scary to us.

Pulmonologist 's  Response
Hello,

As you explain the situation I was wondering if he has already done a head MRI and an ultrasound of the carotids of the neck. Please discuss with his doctor for them.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Jnikolla, Pulmonologist
