Suggest Treatment For Swollen Vocal Chords With Raspy Voice

Hi I ve had a raspy voice for more than three months now. I had swollen vocal chords last year from july to december from over use of voice. (singer) I got cleared from my ENT, but after a couple month the raspyness and feeling of having to clear my throat to get back my regular voice started. And sometimes i feel a slight pain on the right side larynx.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello Dear ,
Early Vocal nodules are caused by voice over use.
Needs few sessions with speech therapist. Over-use/ voice strain is associated with muscle tensions which can cause vague neck pain.
