Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.

As per your complain swollen tonsils along with white spots over the tonsils seems to be due to bacterial infection in throat and white spots are pus pockets..
Fever and rashes can be due to viral infection while rashes can also be due to allergic reaction to some unknown allergen.
I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and he can do a thorough clinical evaluation along with throat swab culture to rule out for bacterial and viral infection as well as blood investigation..
He can advise you anti-allergics like Benadryl, antibiotics like Levofloxacin, anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen, warm saline gargles..
Take Acetaminophen for fever.
He can also advise you to apply a steroid ointment over the rashes to relieve inflammation..
Do cool compresses over the rashes..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
