ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello

Swollen tonsil with ear block is generally due to an infection and you may need to start on a course of antibiotics. There is another possibility that the wisdom tooth may be a focus of infection and i would like you to meet your ent doctor or dentist for examination and further advice.

Thanks
