Suggest Treatment For Swollen Testicles While Having Nerve Problem In Leg

Hi , sir I started to have Swelling in my left testicle from last evening,I did some heavy work last few days .(had been operated for inguinal indirect hernia 10 years ago)the swelling is hard and looks like a lump just below the testicle.no redness or severe pain but slightly painful when I touch it.also I have nerve problem in my left leg for few months which starts from inhumanly canal down to my left leg. pls suggest a treatment.thank you.

Thanks for query.
Based on facts that you have posted it seems that you have infection of Epididymis (Epididymitis).

Get your routine urine tests and ultrasound scanning of scrotum done to confirm the diagnosis.

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexine along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water.To keep your urine dilute .

It should get cured within a week.
