Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

UNDERSTANDING YOUR CONCERN.

Thanks for your query .Swollen lumps in armpits is a common problem .They occur mostly due to infection in lymph nodes ,irritation or allergy to underlying tissue and glands.Usually they go away in few days .

As you mention that your blood test are normal that is you do not have any infection then antibiotics will of no use.

I would suggest you to give warm compresses to armpits 3-4 times a day and take anti inflammatory and painkiller like ibuprofen or aspirin (AS YOU ALSO MENTION).

If they still persist and getting painful consult doctor again for perfect examination and to rule out lipoma or fibroadenoma and get it treated.Your doctor may recommend radiation therapy or surgical removal.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
