Hi,

In my opinion, a three drug combination comprising of Diethylcarbamazine, Ivermectin and Albendazole is more effective in lymphatic filariasis than alone Diethylcarbamazine. However, this combination also may not result in cure of symptoms of swelling (Elephantiasis) in many cases.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
