I have had swollen glands for at least eight months at my neck and recently my food tastes salty. There is no pain. May or may not be helpful but I do have a left frontal lobe menigioma but that was diagnosed six years ago. I am eager to know what could be wrong.
There can be many reasons for the swollen glands in your neck like dental caries or viral infections or even tuberculosis. Since it has already been 8 months , i would like you to meet your doctor , you will need some blood tests , an ultrasound of your neck and may even need a biopsy of the glands to find out the cause for enlargement. Please meet your doctor soon.
Take care!
