Suggest Treatment For Swollen Bruise After Blood Drawn From Arm

I got a blood draw for thyroid check 3 days ago. The bruise on my arm seems to be getting bigger every day. It is probably 4 x 2 today. Should I be concerned that it is getting bigger, instead of just turning colors as bruises usually do as they progress?

Hi

Development of bruise at the site of blood withdrawal is quite common and can occur in many people .
Color changes occur in the bruise which are a sign of healing .
It might turn bluish, purple before eventually becoming brown and healing .
However ,if the lesion tends to increase in size ,then it might be worrisome and need to be seen by a specialist.
