I understand your concern for swollen boil under arm with tightness in arm which is recurrent. It appears from your query that your area is still bit active. I suggest you to keep a watch on the area. If at all there is increase in swelling or you feel that there is more pain or any discharge then you should meet your family physic immediately.
In my patients with your kind of cases I generally prescribe a course of antibiotic and pain killer tablet s such as paracetamol for two times a day after meals.
In certain cases it can be also due to bit healing and resultant tighteness of tissue which we call as fibrosis of the tissues.
It may take few of the weeks to get better so do not worry and keep an observation over the area.
All the best.
