Suggest Treatment For Swollen Ankles

I have had a heart attack before- two stents were put in, then a mitral valve repair, and a maze procedure- after that I had a pacemaker put in.- my ankles are swollen, and I figure that s due to water retention- I m on a diuretic, but they re still swollen-should I go see the doctor ?

yes, ts time you consult back with heart speialist-could be congestive heart , .In addition, serum sodium and pottasium,creatinine,urea,GFR, liver and lungs should also be evaluated,Some medicines dose may be needing modification or change to more potent ones
