Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Tender Gums

The lower teeth on the right side of my mouth do not completely reach the back. The gum between the final tooth and the back is very swollen and tender. Also the part of the mouth at the back that connects the lower part to the upper part is very swollen. The glands are very tender to the touch (around the neck on this side) and appear to be swollen. It hurts to open my mouth all the way and is 10x worse first thing in the morning for the first few hours. Help, it s been like this for a few days!

For swollen and tender gums you have to take some analgesics like tab combiflam or tab ibugesic-plus every 8-12 hourly after meals. It will reduce the swelling as well as tenderness and inflammation of your gums. You can also use Zyti gel as an anesthetic agent for pain and tenderness.
