the top front of my right foot is swollen, muscle is tender to touch and putting pressure on the foot when ie standing is extremely painfull. Thre. There was no injury to the foot. The swelling in my foot began 24 hours after experiencing a bad cramp I had in my right thigh one aftertnoon.
