Hello while in school I looked at my paper and notice the vain in my wrist looked darker and thicker in just a small portion and a while after I flicked my wrist and felt a sharp pain in the tip of my wrong finger like if I was shocked instantly on my hand it really freaked me out and while it doesn t hurt anymore my vain on my right wrist still looks dark and swollen

For swollen and painful wrist you can take some pain killer like osteonac-th or biozobid-plus. Take some calcium supplements or multivitamins also. Apply crepe bandage for pain relief. Do hot water fomentation over affected area
