Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Lump On The Hand

Lump on the hand. I hit the back of my hand against a board training kickboxing. At first the whole back of the hand got swollen. Put ice on it. Two days later there s a lump remainig, size of a bean. Cannot close my hand completely. Should I keep putting ice and taking antiinflammatories?

In view of this please do a hand x-ray to rule out this condition

Meanwhile see an orthopaedic specialist with the result and for further expect clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription
