Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Leg And Foot

i have swelling in my right leg and foot; the big toe is reddish. last year i had an operation on the right knee for a torn menescus. knee doctor sees no problem. GP had vein test which showed no clots. no answer as to what the problem is. also had complete blood test done with no abberations.
