Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Knee
I tripped over my dog two weeks ago and fell flat on the hardwood floor? My two knees hit the floor really hard and before hitting the floor i my hands in front of me. I already suffer from severe osteoarthritis. The swelling on the left knee is down and the right knee is painful just below the left side of the knee cap. There is bruising from the knee to the ankle. I am walking with a bit of a limp? My concern is if I m sitting and the leg is not straight there is a pain to put the leg straight again and I feel a click when this happens. The front part of my left hand was in pain for about a week with bruising on the inside of the palm bit is better now. My right arm is sore around the elbow area and I cannot use without feeling some pain and stress on it. Could this be a sprain and how long does it take for a sprain to heal? BTW I am a 61 years old female?

You are 61 years old female already have ostioporosis . Now you have pain swelling and bruising If i have to advice i will suggest to have an xray of both legs and arm as your bones are osteoporotic ,they are fragile and can easily have fracture may be hair line. At the moment you have tab bruffen ,peracetamol, mr, tab augmentum 625, tab metronidazole, eno sachets, diclo fenac gel for local use.Of course you must be taking treatment fo osteoporosis
