Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Joints

hello, my name is Linda ..I am 60 yrs old and this past year I have noticed a change in the shape of my fingers.. It seems that my knuckles/joints nearest to my finger nails have become swollen, painful to the touch and red..I have been taking 1000mg Krill oil for a while, I suppose it would be more painful without it.. however, how can I avoid this getting worse. Pain is one problem but worst, is how ugly it looks ?? help !!
