Suggest Treatment For Swollen Abdomen,frequent Urination And Constipation

I am a 36 yr old female. Over past couple of weeks, I have gained weight mostly on the abdomen, with a heavy swollen abdomen (2" increase around waist), frequent urination, constipation and a visible swelling on upper right abdomen. Any advice would be great!
