General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to a pimple which is bacterial infection. I recommend to do an antibiotic cream for local application such as Neosporin cream. I also suggest to use an anti-inflammatory medication to treat the pain such as Tylenol.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
