I gave blood on Monday. I had a bruise from that, which is understandable. However, today I noticed that the area to the outside of the bend of my elbow, is noticeably swollen. It is almost not sore at all or very little. Just want to know that everything should by OK with it. My wife noticed the area at the bend of my elbow has about a 3 area that is bruised (yellowish or older looking). Originally there was a dark purple area to the side of where the needle went in. It was a purple line about 1/2 long.
