Suggest Treatment For Swelling In The Distal Segment Of The Finger
while arranging cushions on a couch, i push my left hand forward, met some resistance and felt the distal segment of the middle finger move back. there is swelling, no bruising and i can feel touch over the joint and distal segment. the distal joint is bent. treatment so far has been an ice pack. do i need to see an MD this evening or can i wait till next week?
