General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Stomach swelling is likely related to indigestion or gastric upset from irregular bowel habits, prolong bed rest most likely. The operative part swelling is seemingly related to underlying inflammation through possible infection. The swelling legs and feet can be related to protein deficiency, circulatory issues or else.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
