Suggest Treatment For Swelling At Injection Site

My mother who is RA patient took Penudure LA 12 injection. A test dose was given on her hand first and since there was no problem found after 15 minutes, the entire injection was given. After some time, the spot at which the test does was given on hand the nerve swollen and the swelling in the nerve is spreading. What is that we have to do now? Please suggest.

First thing inj.penidure LA should be given deep intragluteal now from history possibly diagnosis is inj abscess, which may or may not be sterile now take antibiotic &antiinflammatory & cold compress & then hot compress for a week.
