Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Painful Bruise On Arm

after shooting up my arm became swollen within 12 hours its not read it looks exactly the right color it's just swollen from my elbow to my wrist and painful like a bruise can you please tell me the signs of infection also it's not hot but a little bit warmer than the rest of my skin

Greetings! since you havent explained the exact history behind the swelling i would suggest you to take Analgesics tablets like diclofenac with serratiopeptidase and apply analgesic creams to reduce the pain! ice packs on the affected area would also be helpful! i would suggest you to get a xray done to rule out any fracture or dislocation! since your not running fever it doesnt look like there is a ongoing infection! so for time being no antibiotics are required
