Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Pain In The Abdomen

I have painful belly pain in the front that goes to the sides. Also belly swells an gets hard and makes noises even while I eat. I have lost a very big amount of weight, stay weak a lot an can t sleep less 8 hours I have suflr smelling burps. One time got so bad so sick couldn t walk,could keep down even water. I will nit be that hungry for weeks then bam, like I can t get full. There is a lump/growth on right side of belly toward bottom I have seen change in. Also I stoped having my period when I was 28 I m 33 now an it just out of blue comes back last summer, an has on an off since might come one month then not for 2. Please what s wrong

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to bloating or abdominal gas. I recommend to do an abdominal ultrasound to exclude other possible causes. Meanwhile, I suggest using Simethicone medications which is an over the counter medication to relieve the symptoms. I also suggest to use daily probiotics.
