Hello,

I suggest you to avoid sun exposure, drink plenty of fluids. You can use ibuprofen to relieve pain and a corticosteroid cream apply topically. Do not worry after some days you will feel better.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
