Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query sudden breathlessness, constipation and nausea can occur due to many reasons like there is excessive formation of intestinal gas , acidity , indigestion or food allergy . Acidity can also cause constipation .

I would suggest you to take over the counter anti histamine . Avoid nuts and sea food .I would suggest you to consult a Gastroenterologist and get evaluated and he can advise you to take H blockers like Ranitidine , anti allergic , antiemetic and laxatives .

You should also eat food slowly as eating too fast can trap more air. You should also take small meals every 2 hours. If condition doesn't get well then visit emergency .

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
