Suggest Treatment For Stuffy Nose And Vomiting

My daughter is almost 10 years old and started getting stuffy in the nose last night, Gave her Dimetapp and she didn t get much rest at all. Today she is very stuff, so I continued to give her Dimetapp and she napped a few times. She had some breakfast and lunch (not a lot) same with dinner and she came down after taking her shower and said she threw up a little. could it be drainage from her nose and she needs to get something in her stomach? thanks for any help you can give.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, given symptoms could be due to some allergic condition, no need to worry about this because this is the self limiting condition unless have some secondary infection but it can be managed with conservative treatment alone no medicines needed, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
